1 lb. ground beef (browned, if desired)
3 qts. water
1 qt. tomatoes
1 Tbl. & 1 tsp. salt
1 c. DRY SOUP MIX
1 c. celery
1 c. potatoes
1 c. carrots
1 bay leaf
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. basil
Bring to boil. Cook for 1 hour and 40 minutes
