1 ¾ c Fluffy Pancake Mix
1 t lemon juice
3 T oil
1 ¼ c water
Pour lemon juice on top of dry mix. Add oil and water. Stir just enough to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Cook over hot griddle. Makes about a dozen.
